Compact box stretch wrapper for cartons up to 500 mm and 100 kg, with variable-frequency drives on the turntable and film carriage.
Overview
The box is placed on the turntable and wrapped in machine-grade stretch film as it turns, with the film carriage covering packs up to 500 mm high using standard 600 mm film. Two independent AC motors on variable-frequency drives control the turntable and the carriage, so wrapping speed and overlap can be set for each product. Robust and simple to run, it suits cartons, cases and boxed goods up to 100 kg in warehouses, dispatch and export packing, and the table height can be modified to suit the user.
