Reel stretch wrapper that seals film, foil and paper reels up to 500 mm in diameter inside a full cocoon of stretch film.
Overview
The reel rests on driven rollers that turn it on its own axis, while stretch film is applied across the faces and along the periphery with an even overlap, closing the reel in a complete cocoon. That protects the edges and faces of film, foil, paper, fabric and cable reels from dust, moisture and handling damage in storage and transit. A variable-speed AC motor and drive set the wrapping speed, it runs on manual or machine-grade film, and a pre-stretch unit is available as an option.
