Turntable pallet stretch wrapper with powered pre-stretch and PLC control, wrapping a full pallet load in about two minutes.
Overview
The loaded pallet sits on the 1500 mm turntable; as it turns, the film carriage travels up and down the mast, wrapping overlapping layers of stretch film from the base to the top of the load. The pre-stretch unit stretches the film 250–300% before it reaches the load, so each roll wraps far more pallets and the film holds the load tighter. PLC control synchronises three AC motors and drives for turntable speed, carriage speed and wrap count, and a pneumatic top press is available to hold light or unstable loads. Wrapped pallets stay stable in transit and protected from dust and moisture, at roughly one pallet every two minutes.
