PLC box stretch wrapper with pre-stretch and pneumatic top press, wrapping cartons and boxes up to 600 mm and 100 kg.
Overview
The carton sits on a variable-speed turntable while the film carriage rises and falls, wrapping it in stretch film, and a pneumatic top press holds the box steady throughout. PLC control with three AC motors and AC drives sets turntable, carriage and up-and-down speeds in manual or automatic mode, and the 250–300% pre-stretch carriage saves film. It handles cartons from 300 to 600 mm on each side and up to 100 kg, and the table height can be changed to suit the line. It protects and bundles cartons, appliances, furniture parts and export boxes against dust, moisture and tampering.
