PLC jumbo reel stretch wrapper with a 2000 mm turntable, for reels up to 1800 mm in diameter and 1500 kg.
Overview
Jumbo reels of paper, film, foil and textiles are placed on the 2000 mm turntable, where rollers turn the reel on its own axis as the turntable rotates and the film carriage travels up the mast, so the periphery and both faces are fully wrapped. PLC control sets the turntable speed between 3 and 12 rpm, the carriage travel and the number of wraps, and the film is pre-stretched 250–300% to save film and tighten the wrap. It handles reels up to 1800 mm and 1500 kg, at 20 to 40 loads an hour, protecting them from dust, moisture and edge damage in storage and export.
