Frontal-feed shrink wrapping machine that pushes cartons and bottle groups straight into a film curtain, then seals and shrinks them.
Overview
Products travel straight ahead into a curtain of film stretched across their path; the film drapes over the top and under the bottom as the pack moves through, the sealing bar seals and cuts behind it, and the shrink tunnel finishes the wrap. Because feeding is frontal rather than from the side, the machine is compact and quick, suited to cartons, boxes and groups of bottles and cans in beverage, dairy, food and FMCG lines. Infeed, collation, sealing and cutting are fully automatic.
