Semi Automatic Web Sealer
Semi-automatic web sealer that wraps bottles, cans and cartons in PE film and passes them into a shrink tunnel for tight bundles.
Overview
Products are grouped on the infeed and pushed into a curtain of PE film running between an upper and a lower roll; the sealing bar comes down, seals and cuts the film behind the group, and the sleeved pack travels into the shrink tunnel, where the film shrinks into a tight bundle with open ends. It bundles bottles and cans, with or without a bottom carton tray, as well as cartons and boxes, for beverage, dairy, edible oil, chemical and FMCG producers starting out with bundle packing. It is available with or without a powered film unwind, with a matched shrink tunnel.
