High-speed automatic web sealer and shrink tunnel line for beverage and dairy bundles, grouping, wrapping and shrinking at line speed.
Overview
Built for high-output beverage, juice and dairy lines, this web sealer groups containers automatically as they are conveyed inline, wraps each group in PE film, seals and cuts it, and passes it through a long shrink tunnel for a firm, transport-ready bundle. The heavy frame and continuous motion take it to outputs of up to 35 packs a minute, depending on the pack format. It bundles bottles and cans with or without a carton tray, and links directly with filling, capping and labelling machines upstream.
