Automatic web sealer with matrix collating and shrink tunnel, bundling bottles and cans into PE shrink packs without an operator.
Overview
Bottles or cans arrive on the infeed conveyor and are grouped automatically into the set matrix, then pushed through a curtain of PE film; the sealing bar seals and cuts the film behind each group, and the shrink tunnel shrinks it into a firm bundle. Infeed, collating, wrapping, sealing and cutting run continuously, so one line bundles bottled water, juices, dairy, soft drinks and beer cans at 10 to 12 packs a minute. Bundles can be made with or without a carton tray.
